Getting your flooring in good condition is very important to us. Before flooring is dispatched your exact lineal meterage of flooring is collated. The flooring is then tested for moisture content and a record taken of the humidity and temperature at time of dispatch. This is important to ensure your flooring has the correct moisture for site acclimatisation.

 

Please ensure your site flooring measurement is accurate, as we cannot accept returns of excess flooring material due to loss of product quality control on site.

 

Tait Flooring can deliver almost anywhere and have their own fleet of delivery trucks including a crane service. All flooring is banded and plastic wrapped. Getting your floor on site in prime condition is vital for a successful installation.

 

Tait flooring offer a carry in service where we carry the flooring into a nominated ground floor room ensuring the product is out of the weather, etc. All sites must be at ‘lock up’ stage with windows and doors etc fully fitted.

 

To ensure your delivery is on time please give us at least two days notice.

 

If there are any issues related to your flooring material please advise our flooring department before any installation is started.
