BLACKBUTT

 

 

A popular hardwearing light coloured hardwood flooring timber. It's attractive light colouring varies from cream to pale straw browns, sometimes with soft pink undertones. Blackbutt grain is generally straight with a medium and even texture that takes any style of finish well.

With its light hues and high hardness Blackbutt is often used in projects that require a bright even toned interior that wears particularly well.
