Timber floors add value to homes - real estate survey

The Australian Timber Floor Association (ATFA) has just surveyed 1000 real Estate agents throughout Australia to establish that:

91% believe a home with a timber floor is easier to sell

100% of respondents agreed a timber floor adds vaslue to a home by an average of 3% and up to 8%

That equates to $20k additional value on a $500k property significantly increasing the investment.
